This year‘s National Black History Month we highlight changes that impacted the Nation and our Community on many levels. Diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives are being recognized on a larger scale e.g. diversity and inclusion in our federal government; in the NFL hiring process; along with cultural acceptance in support of Ukraine.
